Title (140 characters)
We check that the first words are the exact phrases buyers search, not your brand name. Vague artisan names like "Whispering Dreams" win zero traffic; "Lavender Soy Candle" wins searches. We also flag unused title space and keyword stuffing.
Tags (all 13 slots)
Etsy gives you 13 tag slots and treats single words as weak signals against millions of competitors. We check that every slot is used with multi-word long-tail phrases, that none duplicate single words already in your title, and that you mix broad, specific, occasion, and recipient tags.
Description (first 320 characters)
Those first characters feed your Google snippet and are the first thing a shopper reads. We check that they lead with what the product is, its materials and size, and a reason to buy — not a welcome message or shop policies.

Do I need to connect my Etsy shop?
No. There's nothing to connect or install. You copy your title, tags, and description from your Etsy shop manager and paste them in. That keeps it fast and means we never need access to your shop.
